Always remember the good things in your life & focus on the positives.  Writing a list of all the things that you are grateful for is a beneficial thing to do.  You might think what is the point?  It isn't going to help pay bills, or pay off your mortgage... But it WILL shift your focus away from what you don’t have and things that you worry about.  It will help to create a focus on appreciation - and hopefully you will begin to see the abundance of blessings that you already have in your life. 

Gratitude lists can shift your perspective & increase happiness.  Write your own list today.  You could even write one every day - keep a journal and make a list of all that you have been grateful for at the end of each day. 

Gratitude is a simple key to a happier life!
