
Laughter is the best medicine! We have all heard this, and there is strong evidence that laughter can improve your health, and even help fight disease. Laughter releases endorphins - which gives you a feeling of wellbeing, and can even temporarily relieve pain. Laughter relaxes your whole body & relieves physical tension and stress. Overall, laughter brings positivity into your life, and who wouldn't want that? How many times did you laugh today?
