Floriade is a spring festival held every year here in Canberra. I met up with this family there last month for some photos. This little man featured here last year with his dog :) Look how big he is now! He has just recently started walking and he would wave his arms around & get so excited every time he went off on his own. So cute & lots of fun!

One thing I love about Canberra is all the beautiful nature parks. It feels like you are in the middle of the country, when in reality the city is just a 10 minute drive away! Here are some shots of a lovely family I photographed last month. This location was just a short walk from their home! The kids had a great time just being kids - it was such a fun & relaxed session.

During the holidays my mum was reciting poetry from her childhood. This is one I got a kick out of... There was a little girl who had a little curl Right in the middle of her forehead; When she was good, she was very, very good, And when she was bad she was horrid. I'm not sure who wrote that poem, but I'm pretty sure I know who the little girl is... ;)

Almost...2 days left, then it's summer holidays!! This is the end of my little (big) boys first year of school. I am happy to say it has been a positive experience for him. I wanted to celebrate the end of year with a "school" photo shoot with him & his best friend. They both had loads of fun!!! There is an overload of photos... but we have just bought a new house & are moving in this

At the beginning of December, I donated a mini photo session package to the NICU Canberra Charity Auction. Lots of people got behind the auction - there was lots of bidding going on & lots of fabulous items that were donated. Over $4500 was raised, making it a great success! This little girl is turning 1 soon! I have enjoyed photographing her since she was born - it has been so fun watching her grow!
